Euphorbia grantii is a very rich source of triterpenoids like Euphol and tirucallol. These two metabolites have shown various biological activities. Enriched production of these two metabolites require the identification of unknown triterpenoid biosynthetic pathway. To achive the purpose we got the mRNA sequencing done by illumina 500.
