Spinal cord single-nuclei RNA sequencing of human ALS spinal cords [ALS human snRNAseq]

Transcriptomic analysis of postmortem cervical spinal cord samples from 8 people with ALS (6 sporadic and 2 familial cases) and 4 age-matched non-neurological controls using snRNA-seq Spinal cords were acquired from the NIH brain biobank, nuclei were isolated by FACS, and sequenced using 10x Genomics and Illumina platforms.
