Bacterial 16S rRNA sequences of goats

This project is related to early life nutritional intervention to modify the bacterial colonization during and after the cessation of the intervention. Goat kids were treated prenatally and postnatally, and the effect of this influence on bacterial community structure was studied during and after the intervention.
