Cluster List: Gympie and Woondum National Park

The .csv file contains the cluster list of length 1,146,240. This list is the cluster result obtained by clustering a dataset of nomalised summary acoustic indices. Each number in the cluster list represents an acoustic cluster of which there were 60. Each one-minute audio segment in the thirteen month dataset from two recording sites is represented in the cluster list along with minutes that were not recorded which are listed as NA.

The twelve summary acoustic indices used in the clustering were Background noise (BGN), Signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), Activity (ACT), Events per Second (EVN), High Frequency Cover (HFC), Mid-Frequency Cover (MFC), Low Frequency Cover (LFC), Acoustic Complexity Index (ACI), Temporal Entropy (ENT), Entropy of Average Spectrum (EAS), Entropy of Peaks Spectrum (EPS) and Entropy of the Spectrum of Coefficients of Variation (ECV).
