To use realist evaluation methodology to explore and understand the impact of a three-year implementation of the Health Care Team Challenge (HCTC) underpinned by interprofessional practice and education principles upon health professionals’ practice at the National University Hospital (NUH) of Singapore. Ten semi-structured interviews were conducted to explore participants’ views of the HCTC. The interviews were transcribed, and the data were analyzed.
The data includes semi-structured interview questions, a reflective diary, the interview schedule, samples of transcripts, and research decision making.
本研究旨在运用现实主义评价方法,探究并理解基于跨学科实践与教育原则的三年期医疗团队挑战(HCTC)对新加坡国立大学医院(NUH)医护人员执业实践的影响。通过对参与者进行十次半结构化访谈,以探索他们对HCTC的看法。访谈内容已被转录,并进行了数据分析。数据内容包括半结构化访谈问题、反思日记、访谈日程安排、转录样本以及研究决策制定。
