SLC2A1-AS1 and CERS6-AS1 mediate the EMT-related gene expression and participate in the tumorigenesis and immune microenvironment response of mucoepidermoid carcinoma

To further exploration of pathological progress in mucoepidermoid carcinoma, we have employed lncRNA microarray expression profiling and coding transcripts as a discovery platform to identify genes or lncRNAs with the potential to mediate the tumorigenesis of mucopidermoid carcinoma. Normal salivary glands were used as controls. Sample labelling and microarray hybridization were conducted following the Agilent One-Color Microarray-Based Gene Expression Analysis protocol (Agilent Technology).Tumor samples were compared to normal salivary gland samples.
