Transient Electromagnetic and Audiomagnetotellric Data from the Roter Kamm Impact Crater, Namibia

This dataset contains geophysical survey data collected at the Roter Kamm impact crater, located in the Namib Desert within the Tsau //Khaeb National Park (formerly Sperrgebiet National Park), Namibia. The dataset was acquired using two electromagnetic techniques: transient electromagnetics (TEM) and audiomagnetotellurics (AMT), along two transects across and beyond the crater. The data provide information on subsurface resistivity variations, which can be used to study sediment thickness, crater morphology, and potential fluid-saturated zones. The measurements contribute to the first geophysical model of the sedimentary infill of the Roter Kamm derived from electromagnetic methods.
