上海市“销售真牌真品，保护知识产权”承诺单位名单

根据《关于倡导本市商业系统开展“销售真牌真品，保护知识产权”承诺活动的意见》（沪知局[2009]38号），经企业自主申报、区县审核推荐、市承诺活动办公室评审通过，现将上海市“销售真牌真品，保护知识产权”承诺单位名单向社会公示。Pursuant to the "Opinions on Advocating the Commercial System of the Municipality to Launch the Commitment Activity of 'Selling Genuine Branded and Authentic Products and Protecting Intellectual Property Rights'" (Document No. 38 [2009] of the Shanghai Municipal Intellectual Property Administration), following independent enterprise declaration, district and county-level review and recommendation, and review and approval by the Municipal Commitment Activity Office, the list of Shanghai municipal units that have made the commitment to "Sell Genuine Branded and Authentic Products and Protect Intellectual Property Rights" is hereby publicly disclosed to the general public.
