To safeguard the natural Paris polyphylla var. chinensis (Franch.) Hara (PPC) resources and ensure sustainable PPC production, we aim to identify one or more efficacious plant hormones for enhancing seedling growth post-germination. SL and BR promote the accumulation of pathogenic microbes, which may have a negative impact on the soil health of the PPC rhizosphere soil. Additionally, in the microbial reshaping process under different hormone treatments, the interaction between bacterial moderate groups and fungal rare groups plays a core role. These results provide a scientific basis for the in situ regulation of hormones on PPC seed germination and subsequent seedling growth, as well as rhizosphere microecology, which is of great significance. They also lay the foundation for the synergistic regulation of hormones and functional bacterial strains.
