Genomic and transcriptomic characterization of papillary thyroid carcinoma with lymph node metastases

The molecular biomarker associated with lymph node metastasis (LNM) in thyroid cancer and the underlying mechanism have not been fully elucidated. Here we performed a comprehensive multi-omics analysis of 50 PTCs presenting with or without LNM (LNN) using whole exome sequencing and whole transcriptome sequencing.
