This is the dataset for demo referenced in the paper titled "SATINN: An automated neural network-based classification of testicular sections allows for high-throughput histopathology of mouse mutants" by Yang et al. 2022. It contains images from a whole mouse testis cross-section with the following immunofluorescent channels: Hoechst Hoechst (segmented using Cellpose - see cellpose.org) Acta2 Acrv1 This data is intended to verify and reproduce the results in Yang et al. 2022, using the Matlab program SATINN described in the manuscript and available at http://github.com/conradlab/SATINN.
