The majority (60-97%) of KIR3DL3+ CD8 T cells belongs to TEMRA. To understand the function and characteristic of KIR3DL3+ CD8 T cells, we performed RNA-seq of KIR3DL3+ and KIR3DL3- CD8 TEMRA cells Overall design: CD8 T cells were enriched from fresh PBMCs by CD8 microbeads. 10,000 to 20,000 KIR3DL3+ and KIR3DL3- CD8 TEMRA, defined as CD3+CD8+CD45RA+CCR7- were sorted by the BD FACSAria for RNA-seq.
