Tweets about Kurds in Turkish language

Tweets from November 8, 2020 to May 31, 2021 containing any of the 161 unique keywords including the Turkish word “Kürt” and its variants. Data were collected by using the track end point of Twitter API v1.1. Tweets between March 10, 2021 and March 21, 2021 were missed due to a downtime in data-collection pipeline. 2,529,488 tweets containing the word “kürt” tweeted from 534,548 unique Twitter users were collected. The main purpose was examining the dehumanization of Kurdish people and pro-Kurdish organizations on Turkish-speaking social media.
