Raw ethoscope recordings — Geissmann, Beckwith & Gilestro 2019 (Sci. Adv.) — Data set 2 of 2 (other 4 experiments + code)

Data set 2 of 2 of the raw ethoscope dataset and analysis code for the study "Most sleep does not serve a vital function: Evidence from Drosophila melanogaster" (Geissmann Q*, Beckwith EJ*, Gilestro GF; Science Advances 5:eaau9253, 2019; DOI: 10.1126/sciadv.aau9253). Data were acquired with ethoscopes (Geissmann et al., PLOS Biol 2017) monitoring D. melanogaster over multi-day behavioral assays, including baseline sleep characterization, dynamic sleep deprivation, and lifelong sleep restriction. Each tar.zst archive bundles one experiment's raw SQLite (.db) recordings, preserving the original <machine_id>/ETHOSCOPE_<N>/<YYYY-MM-DD_HH-MM-SS>/ folder layout. Companion text files provide integrity checksums (all_dbs_with_checksum.txt, all_zips_with_checksum.txt) and the archived folder tree (Geissmann_2019_db_files_content.txt). The analysis R scripts and figure-generation code are bundled as Geissmann_2019_code.zip (present on record 2 of 2). Dataset split into two linked records to respect Zenodo's per-record size limit; the two records together contain the complete raw data set (404 SQLite files, 196.4 GiB uncompressed).
