We found IL-10 significantly accelerated the proliferation of CD4+ T cells from HBZ-Tg mice. These results indicated that HBZ makes cells sensitive to an IL-10 signaling pathway that promotes proliferation. To investigate the molecules and pathways that are cooperatively regulated by HBZ and IL-10, we carried out transcriptional profiling by RNA-seq.
