收藏资源简介:
This study aims to compare data generated from single cells which has been amplified using different methods, including the recently published MALBAC protocol. The samples in this study are an amplified product, generated from single HCC38 cells. These samples are PCR product, of approximately 500-5,000 bp in length and at a concentration of approximately 2.5 ug/mL. Initially, we would like to test library prep from 100ng of this sample for comparison with other amplification methods which have been used previously to investigate genomic rearrangements and mutations in single cells from the HCC38 cell line. This data is part of a pre-publication release. For information on the proper use of pre-publication data shared by the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute (including details of any publication moratoria), please see http://www.sanger.ac.uk/datasharing/
