The species composition of Anopheles malaria mosquitoes in the vicinity of Novosiborsk (Russia) was studied. Species were definate by RFLP anilyses of ITS2. Some specimens demonstrated an intermediate restriction spectra between Anopeles messeae and Anopheles daciae. It was supposed that these specimens are interspecific hybrids. We sequenced ITS2 of a part if this specimens and single specimen of An. daciae.
