MB+MC CPR all data

Excel file containing CPR data for MB and MC routes (off East Coast US), 2014 to 2017, 2020 to 2023. All taxa are included, the excel file has 4 sheets, large (eyecount) zooplankton, small (traverse) zooplankton and phytoplankton. Also sheet listing all taxa, matching taxa numbers, and information regarding whether an individual taxon forms part of a summary group, and if a taxon has not been counted for the whole time period. For each sheet containing plankton information, they contain sample level data (each sample being 1 row, equating to approx. 10 nautical miles of tow, 3m3 of filtered seawater), for all taxa. For each taxa, blank values in cells indicate taxon was not counted (ie not looked for), values indicate abundance (according to standard CPR methodology, see Richardson et al. 2006, Prog in Oceanog 68. 27-74), values of 0.001 indicate presence only, zero values are absence of taxon. The excel file consists of samples in rows, with the following information in columns - A: sample id B:midpoint of sample latitude in decimal degrees C:midpoint of sample longitude in decimal degrees D:midpoint of sample local date and time E:sample year F: sample month G-taxa.
