T2D benchmarking output 2 -- Supp Fig 1 D-E data

These are the data used to generate the outputs described in the upset plots in Supp Fig 1D-E, which were generated as a response to reviewers. If you want to see how these are plotted, check out the Rmd here (https://github.com/chiragjp/ubiome_robustness). If you want to understand more about how they are generated, they are processed outputs from the quantvoe pipeline.
