The construction of the Sanjiangyuan National Park requires the correct handling of the relationship between ecological protection and the production and life of farmers and herdsmen. Therefore, the economic development status of farmers and herdsmen in the Sanjiangyuan National Park is also an aspect that must be considered to promote the construction of a beautiful China. This dataset selects three indicators to measure the economic benefits of the Three Rivers Source National Park: per capita GDP, resident savings deposit balance, and livestock density. Among them, the per capita GDP reflects the economic structure and industrial development status of the tertiary industry among people in a region. Using the spatial distribution data of China's GDP in 2010 and 2015, combined with the GDP growth rates of the four counties related to Sanjiangyuan National Park, the spatial distribution of GDP from 2010 to 2020 was calculated. The balance of residents' savings deposits reflects the actual economic level and consumption ability of residents in a region. Using the annual statistical data of residents' savings deposit balances in the four counties related to Sanjiangyuan National Park, combined with the corresponding year's GDP spatial distribution data, the spatial distribution of residents' savings deposit balances in Sanjiangyuan National Park is obtained. The density of livestock reflects the intensity of grassland grazing in animal husbandry production in the Three Rivers Source region. Select the distance to residential areas, altitude, NPP, and distance to water sources as the influencing factors for the spatial distribution of livestock numbers. Using spatial processing tools in ArcGIS, the weights of influencing factors are determined through expert scoring method, combined with the number of livestock in the Sanjiangyuan National Park, and the spatial distribution of livestock density is ultimately obtained. Calculate the indicator values before (2010-2015) and after (2016-2020) the pilot implementation of the Sanjiangyuan National Park system separately, standardize them, and finally merge them into the Sanjiangyuan National Park Economic Benefit Index dataset.
