BIAS project expert interview responses

The BIAS project is concerned with studying how Artificial Intelligence is used in Human Resource Management contexts and in researching how AI used in HRM contexts can be less biased. From January–May 2023, semi-structured expert interviews were conducted with AI and HRM experts in Norway, Switzerland, Estonia, Türkiye, the Netherlands, and Iceland. These interviews consisted of quantiative questions with more qualitative discussion. This dataset presents the quantitative results from these interviews. This dataset provides a total of 32 HR expert responses (7 from Norway; 5 from Switzerland; 4 from Estonia, 5 from Türkiye, 6 from The Netherlands, and 5 from Iceland) and 24 AI expert responses (4 from Norway, 6 from Switzerland, 2 from Estonia, 5 from Türkiye, 2 from The Netherlands, and 5 from Iceland).
