RNA-Seq results of cervical spinal cords from NEAT1-KO; hSOD1G93A mice, compared to NEAT1-WT; hSOD1G93A

Transcriptional changes of NEAT1-KO; hSOD1G93A mice and NEAT1-WT; hSOD1G93A mice were compared. RNA-seq gene expression analysis revealed that differentially expressed genes were associated with protein folding as biological process. We crossed NEAT1-KO mice with hSOD1G93A mice to generate NEAT1-KO; hSOD1G93A and NEAT1-WT; hSOD1G93A mice. We performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 3-4 samples from each genotype mice at 8-week-old.
