Pseudomonas syringae CC1583 Genome sequencing. Pseudomonas syringae CC1583

We provide a complete genome sequence for Pseudomonas syringae CC1583, broadly related to other strains of Pseudomonas syringae which are agricultural pathogens. This strain, however, was originally isolated from epilithon from a freshwater stream.A single colony was picked to LB medium and grown overnight. Genomic DNA was prepared with a Promega Wizard (Madison, WI) kit without shearing or RNAse treatment. DNA was shipped to Plasmidsaurus for sequencing by their standard pipeline using 10.4 Nanopore flow cells.
