RAW DATA multicolor Ex-PALM on E.Coli

Stacks of .tiff files. Calibration Data contains images of fluorescent beads imaged at two different wavelengths at the same time, on two halves of the same EMCCD camera. Top channel corresponds to the “PAGFP” spectral emission region, while the bottom channel corresponds to the “PAmCherry” spectral emission region. PALM DATA are stacks of raw tiff images of single emitting PAGFP (top channel) and PAmCherry (bottom channel) respectively, in E.Coli Ex-PALM DATA are stacks of raw data of single emitting PAGFP (top channel) and PAmCherry (bottom channel)respectively in expanded (4x) E.Coli. The folder contains both 2D and 3D (through astigmatic PSFs) stacks.
