# data z.capensis Santiago --- <br> Summary of dataset contents: <br> Description data set <br> ## Description of the data and file structure <br> The dataset comprised 54 sexually mature individuals of the Zonotrichia capensis species: 10 individuals from each UNRs and 3 individuals from each park. The individuals were captured using mist nets between 7:00 and 10:00 p.m. from September to December 2019. The collected data included: <br> Site: capture site Habitat Block: Hill or Park Id: individual identity sex: molecular sex Tarsus_length Bill_length Wing_length Tail_length Mass_gr Woody cover[%]: % estimated in 11 m radius plots Tree cover [%] : % estimated in 11 m radius plots Shrubby cover [%] : % estimated in 11 m radius plots Park/Hill size Native woody plants [%]: % estimated in 11 m radius plots S (woody plant): Rischness of woody plants TAC : The total antioxidant capacity TBARS : the thio-barbituric acid-reactive substances TBARS/TAC: oxidative status BSI: The tarsus length <br> NA was used for missing data <br> <br> ## Software <br> All analyses were performed in the R 3.5.3 (R Core Team 2019). <br>
