Mab VJ datasets

This folder contains two supplementary table for the manuscript “The immunogenicity of human-origin therapeutic antibodies are associated with V gene usage”. Supplementary Table 1: A table containing the median percent of sequences that contain a V or J gene in the B cell repertoire sequencing dataset from OAS. Supplementary Table 2: A table containing the information of 93 human or humanized antibody drugs, including the clinical ADA rate, the usage of V and J alleles, the number of mismatches with the germline, the disease indications, the antibody type (human or humanized) and first US approval time.
