BSA-seq data for soybean stem strength

The genomic DNA of five parental varieties was sequenced on a DNBSEQ-T7 platform with a 150 bp paired-end strategy. For each F2/F3 population, 25 individual progenies with the highest stem strength and 25 individuals with lowest phenotypes were selected, and two DNA pools were constructed by mixing equal amounts of DNA from each individual progeny. About 30 Gb clean data were obtained for each DNA pool.
