We utilized multi-omics data, encompassing high-fidelity long reads, Hi-C, and RNA-Seq technologies, to perform genome assembly and annotation for Hypomesus nipponensis. The findings indicated that the assembled genome size was 414.8 Mb, and a total of 28 pseudochromosomes were successfully anchored.The associated annotation files are as follows: the transposable element annotation file is 01.repeat.gff; the miRNA annotation file is miRNA.gff; the rRNA annotation file is rRNA.gff; the snRNA annotation file is snRNA.gff; the tRNA annotation file is tRNA.gff; and the gene annotation file is Hypomesus_nipponensis.Genome.V1.gff3.
