Transcriptomic landscape of posterior regeneration in the annelid Platynereis dumerilii. Platynereis posterior regeneration transcriptome

In this study we combined long read and 150bp of illumina reads of posterior regeneration stages to constitute a reference transcriptome, thanks to the addition of available data. We also produced 50 bp illumina data during the course of posterior regeneration in the annelid Platynereis dumerilii (6 stages including the control). These samples were processed and mapped against the previously generated transcriptome. The read counts per transcript were then used for differential expression analysis.
