Raw data for AmFRET plots presented in this study.

Each sheet contains the raw data and the statistical analysis for the AmFRET plots of different Wtfpoison-mEos proteins, Wtf4antidote-mEos, S. kambucha wtf4 Exon1-mEos and monomer-mEos proteins in Figs 2B, S2E, S3D, Fig 4C, S6 Fig, S7D and S8B, respectively. The corresponding raw data for the Acceptor fluorescence intensity presented in S4 Fig for each of these experiments are found next to the relevant AmFRET data.
