MBTA Bus Reliability

For each route, day, and peak/offpeak time range, this file provides numerators separate from denominators, for flexibility in combining routes, peak/offpeak, before calculating reliability metrics. For definitions of the metrics, see the MBTA Performance Dashboard (high-level definitions) and the MBTA Service Delivery Policy (detailed definitions). Due to track circuit or other data issues, data is not guaranteed to be complete for any stop or date. Note: - on peak_offpeak_ind: rows labeled PEAK will only appear for weekdays. - contracted bus routes (i.e 712/713) are not included. MassDOT/MBTA shall not be held liable for any errors in this data. This includes errors of omission, commission, errors concerning the content of the data, and relative and positional accuracy of the data. This data cannot be construed to be a legal document.
