outputs for "Physiology-Driven Optical Modeling of Photoplethysmography: Effects of Hematocrit on Signal Characteristics"
收藏资源简介:
The aim of this study is to develop a physiology-driven optical modeling framework for photoplethysmography (PPG) and to investigate the effect of hematocrit (Hct) on the characteristics of the PPG signal. The simulations were conducted in two stages: In the first stage, simulations were performed for four different subjects at a fixed hematocrit level of Hct = 0.45, in order to examine inter-subject variability. In the second stage, for one selected subject, the hematocrit value was varied over a range of 0.15 to 0.6 to analyze the direct impact of hematocrit changes on the PPG signal. The dataset includes simulation outputs such as PPG Power and PPG Hits, along with Zemax configuration files and Python scripts, enabling reproducibility and further analysis.
