ARCOS, a computational approach for automatic recognition of collective signalling

This repository contains supplementary data for the publication: Gagliardi et al. (2022) "Automatic detection of spatio-temporal signalling patterns in cell collectives". The supplementary data contains: * CSV files with image segmentation results, * R notebooks with results of the analysis, * Jupyter notebooks to view the results in the napari image viewer. Raw image data available upon request.
