Abstract
PANN is a partial-wave analysis program which can be used to determine the complex scattering amplitudes of elastic nucleon-nucleon scattering by fitting the experimental data on many kinds of observables. It is able to apply for an analysis in the wide energy region such as a few MeV to approximately 10 GeV. Partial-wave analysis (PWA) is a model independent method to determine the scattering amplitudes by means of fitting the experimental data on many kinds of observables. PANN carries out the energy-independent PWA of nucleon-nucleon scattering [1].
