RNAseq analysis of normal childhood brain tissue

Normal brain RNAseq data provides a critical comparitor for evaluation of gene expression changes in childhood brain tumors. Overall design: We performed RNAseq on "normal" brain samples obtained from either autopsy or routine epilepsy surgery for use in differentially gene expressed studies of childhood brain tumors. Samples were snap frozen at the time of collection and RNA was later collected using a Qiagen RNA extraction kit.
