CHAF LD values

D', r2, and partial correlation values for the CHAF hybrid population. Files beginning with "mt1_results" are the LD values for each AIM in the population. Files with "avgd-prime" average these individual LD values (for D' and r2) for any AIMs belonging to the same gene. Similarly, files with "avgpcor" contain gene-averaged partial correlation values.

directnmt indicates AIMs/genes identified as interacting n-mts in the mansucript
indirectnmt indicates AIMs/genes identified as non-interacting n-mts
nonnmt indicates AIMs/genes idenfiied as non-n-mts
