Arabidopsis thaliana Raw sequence reads

In this study, we obtained TC1a homozygous overexpressing and knockout plants. Overexpressing plants showed significant plant type dwarfism, slower germination rate, and delayed flowering, while knockout lines did not show significant phenotypic differences. However, there were significant changes in sucrose and starch contents. Transcriptome and metabolome analysis showed that overexpression of TC1a induced the expression of sucrose synthase and starch hydrolase led to accumulation of sucrose, while the expression of sucrose hydrolase and starch synthase were promoted, and increased starch content of knockout lines.
