Abandoned mine/forest/mud-flat/paddy/wetland soil community Metagenome

Soil microbial communities and gene function characteristics were compared in various soil environments (abandoned mines, forests, mudflats, rice fields, and wetlands). Soil samples were collected from five regions with different soil environmental characteristics, basic physical properties (pH, moisture content, and organic matter content) were investigated, and metagenomic analysis was performed on each bacterial community using the Illumina Miseq method. The bacterial communities of the five soil types had a total of 11,856 Operated Taxonomic Units (OTUs).
