资源简介：
PltDB is a blood platelets-based gene expression database featuring integration and visualization of RNA expression profiles based on RNA-seq and microarray data spanning both normal individuals and patients with different diseases. PltDB provides the expression landscape of 19,977 mRNAs, 16,694 lncRNAs, 53,057 circRNAs and 2,583 miRNA in blood platelets across 1,736 patients with 29 disease types and 672 healthy controls.
