Salt-tolerant material SCKY-6-27 and salt-sensitive material 197-2018 Qin-10-45 were selected for transcriptomics sequencing. The salt solution compositions to simulate salt stress were NaCl, CaCl2, MgSO4, Na2SO4, and NaHCO3, and the molar ratio of the five salts was NaCl: CaCl2:MgSO4: Na2SO4:NaHCO3=40 :2:4:16: mixed, and four concentration gradients of 0 (CK), 194 mmol/L, 388 mmol/L, and 582 mmol/L were set.
