This database provides permafrost monitoring station data across the globe, including information such as borehole temperatures, vegetation types, permafrost zones, elevations, and depths. The technical development of this database is conducted by the Arctic Portal, while scientific research and project management are undertaken by the Alfred Wegener Institute (AWI), and it is co-hosted by both parties.
