Raw Data for Microhardness, Transmittance and Raman Conversion in Resin Cement Polymerization under CAD/CAM Ceramic Restorations

This dataset contains raw experimental data supporting the manuscript titled *"Optimizing Resin Cement Polymerization under Indirect Restorations: The Role of CAD/CAM Ceramic Type, Translucency and Thickness"*. The study evaluated the influence of ceramic type (lithium disilicate vs. high-translucency zirconia), thickness (1.0 and 1.5 mm), and light-curing unit (LCU) characteristics on the polymerization efficiency of a dual-cure resin cement (Variolink Esthetic DC). The dataset includes:- **Spectral irradiance and radiant exposure values** obtained using an integrating sphere across four LCUs.- **Vickers microhardness (HV)** measurements for 130 resin cement specimens.- **Raman spectroscopy data** representing the C=C/1608 cm⁻¹ intensity ratio used to calculate the degree of conversion (DC). All measurements were performed under standardized laboratory conditions. Data are provided in CSV format and include sample identifiers, ceramic type and thickness, LCU used, and corresponding raw values. A README file is included to describe file structure, units, and experimental conditions. These data support the statistical analyses and conclusions presented in the manuscript and are shared to promote transparency, reproducibility, and reuse in dental materials research.
