We characterized the transcriptional profiling of the Aspergillus fumigatus wild-type (Af293) and delta ppoC grown for 16 h at 37 C in liquid minimal medium (MM) and then transferred or not to MM+2 ug/ml of caspofungin. The overexpression ppoC strain was grown for 16 h for 16 h at 37 C in liquid MM. We also characterized the transcriptional profiling of the Aspergillus fumigatus wild-type (Af293), IFM61407 and CM7555 grown for 16 h at 37 C in liquid minimal medium (MM) and then transferred or not to MM+2 ug/ml of caspofungin.
