Comparative RNAseq Between Killifish Species

We evaluate the global gene expression changes that occur during a stage-matched developmental window in a closely related set of killifish species. Overall design: Single timepoint examination the global gene expression changes during pre-diapuase development in the African turquoise killifish, the red-striped, and the lyretail killifish.
