Also containing: the gene knocked out (gene), the respective clone, the growth state (20% or 80% confluency), the method of knockout (gene trap or deletion), the genotype, and the total amount of lipid found in the measurement (total pmol). Lipid measurements were included in the dataset, if there were at least 2 valid measurements in any cell line. The fatty acid profile (in species percent) is also provided for each TAG species.
