MPRA of Denisovan and Neanderthal variants in modern Papuans

Massively parallel reporter assay (MPRA) libraries in LCLs to the gene regulatory landscape of archaic hominin introgression in modern Papuans. We use a MPRA to test introgressed and modern human alleles for regulatory activity, and then test for differential activity between introgressed and modern alleles.
