AUTOMATED TAPE REEL PACKAGING MACHINE

The invention relates to an automated tape reel packaging machine for packaging tape and reel surrounding rollers， packaging a bundled cable band in manufacturing cables， wherein: A mobile chassis (2) is a block used to push the roller (17) close to the support plate mounted on a fixed frame (1). A hydraulic cylinder (3) is used to push the mobile chassis block to the roller (17) which is rolled first to its original position and push it close to the mobile chassis (2). At the same time two pneumatic cylinders (12) push a suspension plate mounted on a slider (9) to simultaneously move two riveting machines (10) into the riveting position. The pneumatic system through two small cylinders (16) will squeeze the ends of each tape reel close to the roller (17) during the riveting. From the tape reel containing tray (18)， thanks to the motors (19， 20)， each individual tape reel is pushed in a sliding step according to the slide rack (23) (up to the sliding tape (11) so that it is pushed close to the position ready for nailing by the cylinder (22). All electric wires， compressed air， and sensors are installed along the steel frame (21). At a point of convergence at the tape reel supply movement， the tape reel is pushed to the nailing position (25)， the roller (17) rotates to the correct position to be closed， and the riveting machine (10) is adjusted close to the surface of the tape reel， clamped tightly to the tape reel， the riveting machine (10) releases the nail to penetrate deeply into the riveting， ending a journey of closing a tape reel. Following that， the roller (17) continued to spin， revealing the location of the next tape reel. The tape reel supply device continues to operate on the journey to feed the next tape reel into the nailing position (25)， together with the riveting gun control device that operates smoothly， until the entire tape reels are packaged according to the pre-programmed calculation. At the end of closing a roller， the hydraulic motor (5) lowers the roller (17) close to the ground， the operator will pull the roller (17) out and continue pushing the next roller into the stroke position of packaging the next roller.
