The results of ring shear tests for "Does Nanomaterial Work as Lubrication for the High Mobility of Rock Avalanches?"

To examine whether the nanoparticles could reduce the shear strength during shearing, ring shear tests were performed on fine-silica sand (S8), Silicon dioxide (SiO2) nanoparticles (SN), and the mixtures of S8 and SN by ring shear apparatus of DPRI-6 and DPRI-7 in this research. This folder has an excel file that contains 7 results of ring shear tests, which would help in understanding the shear behavior of nanoparticles.
