Transcriptional profiling comparison between Col and gvs1-1 at DAE 14 and 28. To understand the role of GVS1, a positive regulator of senescence, during senescence, we have employed transcriptional profiling of Col and gvs1-1 along aging (DAE 14 and 28). Agilent's Whole Arabidopsis Gene Expression Microarray (G2519F-021169, V4, 4x44K) was used. Transcription profile between Col and gvs1-1 at DAE14 and DAE 28 of the third and fourth leaves. 3 independent biological samples.
