In-store display: Concentrate displays of these selected styles and their matching items (tops and bottoms) in the main display areas of stores, including but not limited to the central store platform, store windows and other eye-catching locations; 2. Sales associate recommendation: Sales associates shall appropriately recommend these styles based on consumer characteristics including age, body shape and other traits; 3. Data processing steps: 1. Collect sales order detail data from the DRP system (store POS system), member detail data from the member management system, and product detail data from the product management system, integrate them into the data warehouse, and establish a wide-format sales order detail table in the data warehouse; 2. Take the city as the geographic unit, calculate the total sales amount (Category Sales Amount) of the "T-shirt" category for each month in 2024; 3. Take the city as the geographic unit, calculate the sales amount (Sales Amount) of each style under this category for each month in 2024; 4. Calculate the proportion of each style's contribution to the category sales, i.e., the Sales Contribution Rate (Contribution Rate = Sales Amount / Category Sales Amount); 5. Due to the limited number of optimal display locations in stores, select the styles with the highest sales performance (including their matching items such as tops and bottoms, and similar styles from the same style series) for model displays and placement in optimal display locations, and strengthen the promotion and marketing efforts for these styles.
